PARIS, France — Seven-time AJC Peachtree Road Race winner Daniel Romanchuk competed in the men's T54 1500m final at the Paralympic Games in Paris on Tuesday.

Romanchuck, 26, is from Mount Airy, Maryland. According to his Team USA bio, he qualified for the Paris Games by earning the silver medal at the 2023 New York City Marathon.

The 26-year-old has competed at the Paralympics three times: Paris 2024, Tokyo 2020 and Rio de Janeiro 2016.
At the Paris Games, Romanchuk won gold in the men's T54 5000m and bronze in the men's T54 400m.
