A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting death of a woman at a trucking lot in Atlanta's Capitol View neighborhood in December.

Atlanta Police said they arrested 37-year-old Nathaniel Chastain on Thursday. He is accused of killing 38-year-old Stephanie Brooke Alderson.

According to police, they responded to 985 Cox Avenue SW on the afternoon of Dec. 11 and found Alderson suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Chastain faces charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. He was apprehended in Clayton County with the help of the Georgia State Patrol and the Atlanta Police Department’s air unit.

Last month, police arrested a 37-year-old on charges of concealing the 38-year-old's death by allegedly "placing her within the passenger compartment of a vehicle" and abandoning the car in a remote area without notifying police. He was also charged with tampering with evidence in the case. The man is in custody at the Fulton County Jail.

No other details about what may have led up to the shooting have been released.
