ATLANTA — As election watchers around the country focus in on Georgia as one of the handful of swing states that could turn the 2024 presidential race, the Peach State's races for the U.S. House are set to offer quite a bit less drama.
Georgia has 14 congressional districts, with 13 incumbents running in what were largely considered safe races thanks to Georgia's gerrymandered maps.

That has led to early calls in races after polls closed in Georgia at 7 p.m., including the one race for an open seat -- the 3rd District, where Rep. Drew Ferguson isn't running for re-election, where a call was made just after 8 p.m. for Republican Brian Jack, who was a Trump administration official in 2019 and 2020.

- 4th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Hank Johnson (D) is projected to win re-election against Republican Eugene Yu.
- 5th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Nikema Williams (D) is projected to win re-election against Republican John Salvesen.
- 6th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Lucy McBath (D) is projected to win re-election against Republican Jeff Criswell.
- 7th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Rich McCormick (R) is projected to win re-election against Democrat Bob Christian.
- 8th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Austin Scott (R) is projected to win re-election against Democrat Darrius Butler.
- 9th District -- RACE CALLED: Rep. Andrew Clyde (R) is projected to win re-election against Democrat Tambrei Cash.
